Disclaimer and consents

We provide the following disclaimer for you to sign so that you, the pet owner are aware of the terms and conditions and of the product/services Dubai Pet Sitting provides.

Please read through all these points and feel free to ask any questions should there be something you are unclear about. We are happy to answer any questions. These terms and conditions must be signed by the owner or legal guardian before we accept responsibility of the pet(s).

PERMISSION TO ENTER HOUSE
I, the undersigned, authorise "DPS" (Dubai Pet Sitting) to enter my home for the purpose of caring for my pet(s) upon request via telephone, email or in person. I hereby certify that I am providing a key(s) to "DPS". I release "DPS" from any liability connected to the detainment of my house keys for the duration or services.

AUTHORISATION TO OBTAIN MEDICAL CARE
As mentioned in the Vet release form, also signed by the owner/guardian.

HOME SECURITY
"DPS" will retain keys and any necessary access codes to your property, properly secured, until such time as they can be returned in person. "DPS" accepts no responsibility for security of the premises, or loss, if other individuals (family, friends, or neighbours) have access to the home during the agreed dates of service. If it is your policy not to have all doors in your home locked, please be advised that "DPS" will not be responsible for any illegal entry which may occur.

UNSECURED PETS
"DPS" will not be responsible for free roaming/outdoor pets in the event of illness, injury, loss or death. It is strongly advised that all pets have some form of identification and that they remain inside the home for their own safety and welfare in your absence.

It is the pet owner’s sole responsibility to ‘pet-proof’ any areas of the home/garden to which the pet has access. This includes removing valuable/fragile items that could get broken, inspecting fences/gates/latches/doors and other devices meant to contain the pet to specific areas. The pet sitter does not assume responsibility and has no liability for any injuries the pet may sustain or property damage the pet may cause while in its own home/property. "DPS" will not be responsible if your pet causes any harm to any person or animal while the pet is in our care.
